Great communication, friendly staff, and within a month I’ve been studied, diagnosed, and received my CPAP treatment. I love how they walked me through everything with it, answered all my questions, and gave me all the additional info with how to either figure it out at home, or contact them if I need help. Just really thankful for this whole experience

The team at this location has been very communicative and transparent with me about my sleep study and my follow ups. They even worked with me to get a CPAP at a more affordable price range. I appreciate their care and service !

Terrible communication. I’ve been calling for 4 days, leaving Voice mail messages. How are you supposed to do business if you don’t answer the phone?? The other reviews on here are an indication of their poor customer service and lack of communication.

Just would like to start this by saying, after three years of problems with sleeping, waking up several times a night falling asleep at work and not capable of driving far and major anxiety attacks. It was turning my life upside down.My Doctor tells me to get a sleep test done. I did. And when i got there to do the test There was a young man that was very smart and helpful with any questions i had if i could remember his name i would say.Another person that was very helpful was Melissa Lang she educated me about my sleep apnea and seems to be very knowledgeable about sleep apnea she really wanted to help.Also Charles with setting me up with my machine and mask. Was also knowledgeable about the machines and right mask for me. Thank you both felt comfortable with them and i would recommend this place.I have been feeling so much better and able to live a better life and enjoy being able to feel great throughout the day. Thank you to all staff at 4 Better sleep you guys are great..

This is the best sleep study clinic I have ever been to. I've been going there from 2015. Despite the distance I travel to get there, I continue to go there for my needs because they are really awesome. Every person I have spoken to over the years, have been nothing short of awesome. On my last visit there I was helped by Lisa. She was just the latest of what has been and continues to be such a pleasure of dealing with them for my sleep apnea needs. Honestly I feel that 5 STARS aren't enough. You guys are awesome, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. It's an easy 5 STARS from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Leaving the country on vacation called 3 weeks and left messages to call for supplies. Finally got a call back and had to make an appointment to retrieve supplies. On my way to airport I stopped by and picked up supplies. Upon checking into hotel I discovered they had given me the wrong water chamber.8 days will be to say the least hell and on health thank you 4bettersleep

I went to this clinic to get a sleep study and evaluate my troubles with sleeping. they said my insurance would only pay for an at home sleep study but it would be covered 100%. they sent me home with the monitor and I used it. I brought it back the next day and was told the test was inconclusive so I would need a full sleep study. And, by the way, they misquoted me and my Insurance Company does not cover the home study. So I now owe them 300+ dollars. For a failed procedure they told me was covered. then they say I need a full sleep study which will be another $700 or more. I told them I would not pay the bill because they told me it was covered and I wouldn't have wasted my time otherwise. Now they are now harassing me and threatening to report me to a collection agency. they were never able to help my wife with her CPAP that they prescribed her, and she eventually ended up stopping Using it. They were no help to either of us. And I doubt there will be any help to you.

These guys are awesome. I've been working with them, both this office and their Dallas office for 10 years and they are exceptional.My latest thing was to get a new cpap machine because I left my old one out of country during my last travel and Lisa at the Heath office was very accommodating. She spent almost an hour with me answering all my questions and showing me the different options I had.This is also the location I conducted my sleep study 10 years ago and the staff then was friendly and welcoming. Great clean office and helpful staff. And Dr, he's just a fun guy! 👍

Really enjoyed my experience! Shout out to Bobby the supervisor! He was very friendly and accommodating. Very knowledgeable and explained it all very well and he makes sure you understand. Definitely recommend if you are having sleep issues! Also helps that he is very attractive and beautiful brown eyes.
